The Caterham BNI Leadership Team


The roles and responsibilities of the Leadership Team are:
  • To ensure that policies and guidelines of BNI are implemented at local level
  • To monitor the performance of the Chapter to ensure it is delivering objectives and Membership Value to all Members
  • To conduct the Meeting Agenda in accordance with structured policy
  • To ensure that any breaches of rules, regulations, and discipline are effectively dealt with, through the Membership Committee, to the satisfaction of all Members
  • To provide good Leadership and take all necessary steps to improve and grow the Chapter
  • To ensure that the principles of BNI are being adhered to for the benefit of all Members
  • To provide inspirational and motivational leadership

The Leadership Team changes every 6 months and from
April 1st 2010 to October 1st 2010 are as follows:
