The Caterham BNI Leadership Team
The roles and responsibilities of the Leadership Team are:
- To ensure that policies and guidelines of BNI are implemented at local level
- To monitor the performance of the Chapter to ensure it is delivering objectives and Membership Value to all Members
- To conduct the Meeting Agenda in accordance with structured policy
- To ensure that any breaches of rules, regulations, and discipline are effectively dealt with, through the Membership Committee, to the satisfaction of all Members
- To provide good Leadership and take all necessary steps to improve and grow the Chapter
- To ensure that the principles of BNI are being adhered to for the benefit of all Members
- To provide inspirational and motivational leadership
